Ok, you still change the battery the same way, but if your 2011 or newer F150 has this or something similar on the negative battery cable then you have what Ford calls a Battery Monitoring System (BMS).Starting in 2011, Ford started putting this on the trucks. I think this issue is due to just a few short 10 minute trips over the last month due to the stay home covid19 virus. I don't think the BMS not being reset would cause that message. When I didn't reset mine it never shut it down like this or Ford Connect, just auto stop/start was never enabled. The various SSMs and CSPs about deep sleep mode for the 2020+ SYNC 3 vehicles I don't affect the "System off to save battery" checking, just the TCU going into deep
