The dealer said that Corporate Harley-Davidson told them the software would be available the end of February. Knowing Corporate Harley-Davidson, I bet it will be later. For those that don’t understand why the 2020 software can’t be used on the 2021 models, Harley-Davidson changed more than the plug on the ECM. The entire ECM has been upgraded.
